New ADT Interview; AVN Review: ‘Incredible’; Boy/Girl-Curious
VENICE, CA – Sovereign Syre stars in yet another blockbuster, this time it’s Lesbian Guidance Counselor 3, written and directed by Nica Noelle.
In the movie Sovereign plays the lesbian guidance counselor whose secret life begins to unravel when a professor learns of her tryst with the professor’s favorite student. Sovereign’s character proves unable to control her sexual urges—with sexy results.
The Sovereign-Nica pairing is one of the hottest in the girl/girl world, and this lead role really gave Sovereign the opportunity to shine both as an actress and as one of the industry’s sexiest performers. In other recent work, Sovereign has shot with Bailey Blue for Aiden Riley and a scene with the legendary Raylene for Pussy Eating Club. She also broke new ground with by sharing some (non-sex) screen time with male talent in Manuel Ferrara’s Bailey Blue Wide Open.
She was asked about doing boy/girl scenes in the future in a new interview with Captain Jack at AdultDVDTalk and referred to the experience with Ferrara.
“I’m not opposed to it,” she said. “It is something I’m interested in doing. I see my friends doing it and having a really good time. Maybe the right project hasn’t been presented. I was just in a Manuel Ferrara movie, and I was in the same scene as he is. So there was a man in the room and it was fine. So I’m not opposed to it, it’s just that the timing hasn’t been right.”
Dana Vespoli’s She’s Come Undone received an Editor’s Choice in the September AVN and they had some very kind words about Sovereign’s work in the movie. “Sovereign Syre’s acting is incredible and the sadness of her situation is palpable,” they wrote.
“That movie was really important to me and Dana, so I’m really glad that its getting some critical love,” Sovereign said. “It’s one of the things I’m proudest of. We really took a lot of risks in this movie.”
