VENICE, CA – In September 2009, Eyeworld and Fraserside, an affiliate of Private, entered into a joint venture agreement to distribute Bluebird’s content on a world-wide basis. However, after only a few months into the relationship, the parties agreed to part ways. Nicholas Steele, CEO of Bluebird America, stated: “both Eyeworld and Private terminated the joint venture. Bluebird is now handling worldwide distribution on all platforms directly.”

Paul Chaplin, the Chairman of Eyeworld, stated: “Several months ago, we terminated the joint venture based upon the numerous breaches of Fraserside.  In response, Fraserside also terminated the relationship. However, we understand that they are out there trying to claim that they still have the right to distribute Bluebird content. We talked to Ilan Blundervitz – Private’s CEO – about all this. His stance was ‘I want Bluebird content – I need it’.  We agree that Bluebird’s content is the best content around, but we do not agree that Private can come back after the termination and claim to have distribution rights to Bluebird’s content.”

As a result, in May of this year, Eyeworld filed suit against Fraserside in the Superior Court of California seeking approximately one million dollars in damages and a judicial declaration formally dissolving the joint venture. Chaplin continued: “Unfortunately, instead of accepting the fact that both sides terminated the deal, we are in litigation. After we filed suit for money damages and dissolution in San Francisco, Fraserside filed a baseless and inadequate lawsuit in Los Angeles against Bluebird. We are confident that both Eyeworld and Bluebird will prevail in this litigation, and Fraserside’s baseless claims will be dismissed.”

VENICE, CA – Paul Chaplin opened the doors of his Bluebird Mansion to celebrate wrapping one of the biggest films of the year. And the A list of adult industry talent came to party through the night. The theme was 1930’s costume, but this certainly wasn’t the depression; Gangsters and Molls filled the halls, as a jazz band played from the gallery. The 30’s was a no frills era, which many of the starlets proved by skinny dipping in the pool to the big disco sounds spinning on the patio.

Paul Chaplin and Nick Steele – dressed in Bluebird pink pinstripe suits – welcomed the star line up, including: Bluebird contract star MADELYN MARIE, DYLAN RYDER, DANI JENSEN, KRISSY LYNN, SUNNY LANE, KAYDEN KROSS, DYANNA LAUREN, DANA DEARMOND, NICK MANNING, WILL RYDER and TOM BYRON.

Between the ice statues, gourmet food and Havana cigar maker, was the centerpiece: The first screening of the BONNY & CLIDE trailer. Playing all night, it drew gasps from everyone who saw it. EVAN STONE, currently shooting BABERUNNER for Bluebird said, “You look at this, and it’s mainstream. The cinematography, the acting, the costumes, the styling. It’s taking adult movies to the next level.”

The most missed guest was Miss Bonny Parker herself, the screen siren NATASHA MARLEY. She had to miss the party due to family commitments back in her native UK, but sent her best Bonny wishes.

Bringing together Paul Chaplin, Tommy Gunn, Evan Stone and Dale Dabone in one room is a sure fire recipe for something to happen. The inevitable debauchery (yes – we mean you Mr. Chaplin) did ultimately follow. But only after the A List of male talent looked at each other, shook hands and picked up instruments – drums (Dale), bass (Tommy), guitar (Paul) and keyboard (Evan) – to loud the Mansion out with some impromptu Stud Rock, did these boys truly show they ain’t just got talent in their trousers!

As the notes of their Stairway to Heaven died away, a low ripple spread amongst the guests. two burly and heavily armed officers were heading straight in Chaplin’s direction – with an arrest warrant! As he answered to his name, the cuffs came out and he was hustled away. But only as far as poolside, where Nick Steele revealed that they’re professional bounty hunters, coming to audition for a Bluebird TV Show!

A very relieved PC decided to celebrate his escape from the long arm of the law, by a skinny dip with Madelyn, followed by a mermaid diving competition off the waterfall.

Interviewed by TV, PC answered as to the most important quality of a Bluebird girl: “Endurance!”

Veteran Ron Jeremy summed up the shock and awe of the occasion, “Man, this party musta cost what must people would make five whole movies for”.

MORE THAN 100 ROUNDS FIRED LEAVING TWO DEAD

Venice, CA – Repeated gunfire resounded over the normally quiet hills of Agoura, startling both residents and wildlife with the deafening, rapid rounds followed by shouts and screams of men and women. It was a massacre that left two dead, but this time there would be no problem with the law. Authorities at the scene had notified the sheriff’ that the shootout was a film shoot, though they were firing live rounds.

Bluebird Films has just killed Bonny and Clide in one of the final scenes of their feature on the infamous pair, starring Natasha Marley and Paul Chaplin. With the assistance of weapons experts and a special effects team, director Nicholas Steele created a frighteningly realistic reconstruction of the couple’s ambush by a posse of officers, right down to the shredded, bloody clothing.

Tommy Gunn who plays the former Texas Ranger who hunts the outlaws down, admitted to getting hard during the handling and firing of the powerful weapons. “How great is my job?” he rhapsodized. “I get to shoot guns and have sex with beautiful women. What could be better?”

INQUEST OVER DEAD BODY FOUND ON FILM SHOOT

VENICE, CA – Bluebird’s 5 Volume thriller series MURDER MYSTERY WEEKEND was shot on location at a genuine English manor house. Twelve guests come to play the game, trying to guess who the murderer is. But the murders become horribly real, bringing death to mix guest’s amorous activities.

Now, in a bizarre sequel to the murder mystery shoot, a dead body has recently been discovered in the grounds of the Manor, during building reconstruction work.

Bluebird contract star CINDY BEHR, who plays SHERLOCKINA HOLMES in the movie said, “We’re all a bit disturbed by this news. It was spooky enough in that old Manor house, especially filming at night. Bluebird had a naughty habit of setting up quite real looking dead bodies and not telling you – so they could get your real reaction. There used to be a tree near where they found the body and I distinctly remember looking at it out of a window during a sex scene. Shiver!”

Director PAUL CHAPLIN said “The body was obviously there before we started filming – and we know that all the girls were safe, so I can’t say I’m that concerned. But when the news was reported in the local paper I instantly knew it was great PR. The report says the local police do not suspect foul play – but then they never did in the movie either!”

SCOTTISH PARLIAMENT VOTES ON BLUEBIRD FILM

VENICE, CA – The Scottish Parliament may be asked to take a vote banning the sale of Bluebird’s MAY DAYS in Scotland. The movie stars natural busty Scots girl ALEXIS MAY, and features lots of fun tartan-filled scenes about kilts, golf, “Braveheart”, haggis, oil rigs and Scots country music. But the film has annoyed some, who say “We do not have an issue with it being adult material. What concerns us is that important Scottish cultural items are being trivialized and mocked, in a way which may be offensive to patriotic Scots. We believe its sale should be banned in Scotland.”

Alexis May said “Well I’m Scottish and I loved making the movie. I think these people have just reacted without actually seeing it. We had some beautiful Czech girls in the film who didn’t really know anything about Scotland. But from making the movie, they all said they now realized how sexy Scottish culture is – especially the bit where guys don’t wear anything under their kilt.”

STARLETS IN SWIMMING POOL BUSTUP

VENICE, CA – Somewhere in the Hollywood Hills, up and coming starlet GEORGIA JONES was having a birthday party, filmed by Bluebird. Problem was she’d forgotten to invite FAYE REAGAN. They’re supposed to be best friends, but they’d had a bust up.

The party was in full swing when it was rudely interrupted by a very cross Faye busting in. With the guests looking on astonished and the cameras still rolling, Faye went off on Georgia, and we got to hear a lot more information than we should have. Then the girls both turned on one of the camera guys for invading their privacy, resulting in all 3 taking an early and fully clothed dip in the pool!
