Hot New Star Signs on With Rising Star PR
VENICE, CA – There a new superstar in town and her name Romi Rain.
Still in her first months in the adult industry, she is not only a favorite of directors and her fellow performers, she is a proven commodity and one of the hottest cover girls in the business. In one week—from Sept. 3 to Sept. 9—Romi was on five box covers, and for some of the biggest companies in the business.
On Sept. 3, 3rd Degree released Water World Underwater Sex 2, directed by Mick Blue and featuring Romi solo on the cover—left alone to sell the DVD without any help from her friends. The following day, the Mike Quasar-directed MILFs Seeking Boys 5 (Reality Junkies) released, featuring Romi and others on the front.
Later last week, on Sept. 6, She Loves My Big Breasts 2 with Romi and Brett Rossi sharing a kiss and the cover, was put out by Addicted 2 Girls. Then this week Kevin Moore/Evil Angel put out Tongue in Cheek, and Oil Overload 9 (Jules Jordon Video), both of which have Romi on the cover. She also has a new Naughty America scene that goes live on Thursday, Sept. 12.
“It’s really been an amazing year and seeing myself on a box cover is incredible and flattering,” Romi said. “I’m so happy that the industry has welcomed me the way it has. I feel like I’m exactly where I want to be.”
The Boston-born beauty has teamed up with Rising Star PR to help guide her to further success in the profession she loves. She has already worked for many of the industry’s biggest companies—New Sensations, Wicked Pictures, Zero Tolerance, Brazzers and others—and she’s only getting started.
In November 2012 she signed with 101 Modeling, doing solos and girl/girl shoots. Hustler featured a six-page spread with Romi in February, the same month she started shooting boy/girl scenes. The longtime exotic dancer (“Rain” was popular on the Vegas-LA circuit during a three-year stint)
“I’m almost surprised how much I enjoy the work as a whole,” she says. “I like to have fun like anyone else, but when it’s time to do a scene, I’m aggressive, insatiable, and on cloud nine. I want to see how far this can go, and just how much fun I can have.”
