Credits the Adult Industry for Helping Her Bisexuality Blossom
VENICE, CA – Avi Love did an XCritic Snapchat takeover last week and the site dropped an interview with her the same day, making it unofficially Avi Love Day on the venerable site.
Avi tells of how her career – which began by answering a Craigslist ad – got off to a rocky start before she blossomed into the spectacular star she is today, an award-winning superstarlet crowned and renowned for both her sex scenes and for her acting. Probably. Her best-known role to date was as the lead in Axel Braun’s The Possession of Mrs. Hyde (Wicked), which garnered her trophies for Best Actress in a Feature Movie at the XBIZ Awards and Best Boy/Girl Sex Scene at the AVN Awards. Naturally that role came up with she spoke with XCritic’s Don Juan DeMarko.
“It is so funny, because I feel that I can relate to that character so much,” Avi said. “That character, she is so much like Avi. I am very shy and very timid in real life, but when Avi comes out, she is just so wild. She is a crazy woman in the bedroom, and she gets crazy in front of the camera.”
She talks about length about the journey that led her to realize she is bisexual and the societal conditions that repress the concept for so many people, that Americans are taught that it is weird and unnatural.
“The industry has opened my eyes and my mind to the fact that it is OK to be attracted to another woman,” she said. “I just truly came to terms with that very recently. I remember the day so well. I had to tell everyone. I had to tell the world and I remember getting up, making up my mind after some deep thought that I was going to post on Twitter, that ‘I am one hundred percent bisexual.’ When I see a woman, I just think that she is gorgeous.”
This revelation must have something to do with how her scenes with men and with women are equally hot.
