Superstar Simultaneously Hits #1 on Two AVN Charts; Live on Last Call Friday
VENICE, CA – It seems English newspapers are getting all the scoops on American news this week. First the revelation that the government is monitoring all our communications, now apparently there is international outrage over Bonnie Rotten’s offer to help tornado victims.
With the screaming headline “Porn stars cause outrage by offering SEX ACTS to help tornado victims,” London paper The Sun says an offer by Bonnie and others “enraged some viewers who branded the video tasteless, as it comes just one week after the huge tornado caused widespread destruction throughout Oklahoma City.”
In their effort to denounce the hot young star the paper quoted “YouTube user Tom Denman” as saying it is “Absolutely disgusting that they’d make fun of a tragedy like that by offering deprived sexual acts under the guise of ‘charity.’”
Of course, the majority is not offended by any offers of Bonnie sex. Writer Chris Nieratko, who uploaded the supposedly-offensive clip to Vice.com, stood by the women: “The only thing I can really offer, other than donating some money and clothes, is the gift of laughter,” he said. “If the comical responses of these porn stars don’t help raise spirits, then I fear we, as a country, might be beyond saving.”
Here in the real world, people are obviously thrilled to see Bonnie having sex, charity or no: She is currently #1 on both AVN’s AEBN and Gamelink Top VOD Downloads charts with Hot Body Ink (Elegant Angel). Check it out at www.avn.com/charts/.
