‘Meet Bonnie’ Receives Four Nominations; Also: She Stars in Steel Panther Video
VENICE, CA – The long wait for the announcement of the 2013 AVN Awards nominees finally ended on Friday night, and it was well worth the wait for porn’s newest superstar, Bonnie Rotten.
Bonnie, who so far is the only announced Trophy Girl for the awards show, is nominated for Best New Starlet and Best All-Girl Group Sex Scene for her work with Asphyxia Noir and Skin Diamond in Meet Bonnie (New Sensations/Digital Sin). The movie was also named Best Star Showcase and Eddie Powell received a nom for Best Director – Non-Feature.
Just how hot is Meet Bonnie? A review on IWAdult summed up their review like this: “Meet Bonnie blew my mind. I haven’t seen a girl this hot, come into the industry so early and be so impressive.”
As hot as she is in adult, she is also proving that she doesn’t need to screw to get eyes (and other things) popping out. She is featured in a new video for reimaginary glam metal band Steel Panther. The video was debuted on November 5 in the UK and will be played on-screen before all of their concerts.
Made to look as though it’s a live feed from backstage, it will be aired before each of their live shows around the world throughout the next year. Bonnie was an integral part of giving the desired effect of a party with the trademark rock and roll debauchery. Brazzers sponsored the video, which also incorporated Twistys contract stars. Appearing with Bonnie are Phoenix Marie, Juelz Ventura, Taylor Vixen, Brett Rossi and Emily Addison.
Bonnie is also nominated for Best Scene – Gonzo/Non-Feature Release in 2013 XBIZ Awards for her incredible scene in Meet Bonnie with Mick Blue and Ramon Nomar, which documented her first-ever DP. The movie is also nominated for All-Sex Release of the Year.
