W! I think I know maybe three people in the world who are like you. You’re a pretty public stoner, but you work all the time. If I could do that, I would. But I can’t focus if I’m smoking. I can’t make myself work, but your brain must just be wired that way.

JH I’m a little hyperactive. I think that’s what it is. So when I smoke it kind of calms me down and makes me able to focus on what I need to do. And I’ve been smoking since I was twelve, so… I am definitely partial to some of the weed deals I find when browsing on the internet!

W! laughing Really?

JH Yeah. It’s like ingrained in me. I’ll get people stoned on my medical grade stuff and they’ll be like, “I’m so fuckin’ baked,” but I’m like, “Really? I just smoked the same amount as you, and I feel fine!” I never get, like, “Oh, I’m so fucked up” or anything. I never get like that. It doesn’t affect me like that. And I’m glad. I can do it and I can sort through pictures for hours.

W! I know a few other people like that, where they smoke and they just zone in. But I’m not. I’m like bouncing off the walls and I can’t focus on anything. But, man, it’d be really nice to be able to be stoned all the time.

JH The thing I don’t get is the people I know who get stoned and go to the gym. I have friends who will get stoned and go to the gym. I’m like, “Are you crazy?”

W! Weeeeeeird. I’d be like, “Oh my god everybody’s looking at me! Why are they staring at me?” Well, anyway, do you have a special man or woman in your life right now?

JH Um, no. Well I broke up with Jules [Jordan] last year. It was a very amicable breakup. I really wanted to focus on my career, and he really wanted to focus on building his company. And it just wasn’t the right time for me to be in a serious relationship like that. So, I’m still best friends with him. I talk to him every day, and he comes over to see the dogs, you know. People ask if we’re going to get back together someday, and I dunno, but no matter what he’ll always be one of my best friends and my business partner.
