Charlotte Stokely Joins Cupcake Girls as Community Activator

Annual Fundraiser Supporting Sex Workers Kicks Off This Sunday

VENICE, CA – Charlotte Stokely has joined Cupcake Girls as a Community Activator. Cupcake Girls is is a non-profit sex worker support organization that provides assistance in the forms of therapy, medical help, food and legal.

Charlotte joins the organization just in time for their annual fundraiser, which kicks off this Sunday.

Cupcake Girls is 100% non-profit. They offer therapy that is either free or at $10 per session or will help the worker find someone to provide services. They assist in finding free or low-priced medical care in the worker’s area.

They help workers in need buy food, pay rent and other basic services. They have a mentorship program with bimonthly check-ins. They will also provide legal services to help stop sex trafficking, obtain restraining orders and more.

“I am proud to work with cupcake girls as a community activator,” Charlotte said, “I look forward to raising money and spreading the word to sex workers looking for assistance. Many performers still don’t know they exist and knowing they are here to help can literally save lives.”

How your donation can help:

  • $30 provides a month of supplies for weekly support groups
  • $50 provides payment for one month of our 24-hour phone line
  • $125 provides a night of emergency housing in a hotel
  • $250 provides a month of supplies for strip club and brothel visits
  • $500 provides the ability to meet an emergency need in the event of hardship. such as a domestic violence situation, career transition or illness
  • $4,000 provides six months of rent for their Resource Center, where they provide pro-bono or discounted support services

Charlotte is nominated for Best Girl/Girl Performer at the 2020 NightMoves Awards. She also had the lead in Lola & Maxie Get Off (Adam & Eve Pictures), which is nominated for Best Feature Production.
