“It’s incredibly important to make it as easy as possible for producers, directors and casting agents to be able to navigate our site,” Shy said. “We think we’ve come along way in responding to what people have told us they wanted out of the site, and it will work better for everyone.”

Shy is also writing a column for Rock Confidential, the latest with the title “Why Women Can’t Keep a Man.” She gives an easy to follow 6-tip list of ways for dames to hang on to their dudes.

“Men and women both have so many questions,” Shy said. “It’s crazy that we spend so much time pursuing each other, yet in so many ways we seem to have no idea what we’re doing. I’m trying to do my little bit to help.”

Shy will also be presenting the Host of the Year trophy at the XBIZ Awards on Wednesday night.

Last year Shy launched a new venture, Adult Business Seminars. Joining forces with seasoned veterans Nina Hartley, Ron Jeremy, Bishop and Ben Kraus, Shy and her friends offer extensive production workshops covering everything from creating adult business concepts all the way through to creation and marketing of your finished product.
